We want you to feel good about every order placed with Magic Doze™. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition and packaging. To begin a return, contact us at contact@magicdoze.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please wait for return authorization instructions before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned. Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are also non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your approved return has been processed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
