Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Magic Doze™ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at contact@magicdoze.com and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are ultimately controlled by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on local laws or carrier limitations. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled to a destination may be canceled and refunded.
