We want you to feel confident ordering from Magic Doze™. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition and packaging.

To begin a return request, please contact us at contact@magicdoze.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please wait for return authorization instructions before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are also non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement.
